Pennybacker Glow.

360-bridge-and-tree-2015-watermark (1 of 1)

Photo that I have been visualizing for quite sometime now, but for the lack of a wide angle lens kept me from achieving that goal, until a few days ago.

The pink pastel glow that you see in the foreground that extends from the limestone cliff floor to the bushes to the right, was made possible from the leftover morning clouds that where being illuminated (from behind me) as the sun started to rise.

Sometimes us landscape Photographers catch a lucky break with this rare light, for that fact I would been just as happy with a typical light trail and tree photo from this iconic scenic overlook. Like I said, we landscape Photographers catch a break sometimes..
